We left about 8:45 this morning and arrived without incident at 3 PM. There was a little snow on the ground at home this morning. By the time we were passed the top of French Hill in Williston the travel lanes were clear. By Burlington the ground was bare and that lasted the rest of the day. We took 2 breaks on the drive down to stretch and let Skye get out too. She was great, no fuss, just nap and come up between the seats to say hello occasionally. She is tethered to the back of the rear seat so she can’t jump up front anyway.
Once here we had a nice little walk along the Delaware River. This Tri-State RV Park is at the confluence of the two rivers that form the Delaware. You look out to the Tri State monument (NY, NJ, PA) in the rocks in the middle of a point of land on the river
On to Aldie VA tomorrow. The forecast shows temps in the 20s both nights. We won’t be warm for a while yet.
