Arrived at Picacho Peak State Park between Phoenix and Tucson today. Yup, headed east again. Slowly. Ran out of West to go! Didn't want to get too contaminated by staying in California. Tonight is the first time in quite a while when we have had the camper plugged in to 110 AC; we have had dry campsites ever since we arrived in Phoenix on 2/16. The solar panels have been great. We have not started the generator since 2/17 when we used it for a few minutes with the microwave. I should get it out and start it again just to let it run a bit. The engine is happier if it gets to run occasionally.
Two days of partly cloudy now. We'll see what comes next. Planning some hiking here tomorrow.
Yesterday I forgot to mention seeing a coyote or fox on our hike around camp. I say coyote, Carlene thinks fox because of the tail. I tried to get a photo but the critter is missing in all 3 picture I took, so we'll never know.
