The cell signal is rather weak tonight. I am very impressed that we have this much. It is a pretty remote place here at City of Rocks State Park in or someplace near Faywod NM. I say it like that because we have not seen the actual town. So we don't really know where it is.
I'll add some more photos tomorrow when I have a better signal, it took almost 5 minutes to load the one photo. The sunset over the rocks was quite the sight.
The ride over from Ft. Davis was generally nice. Marfa was a pretty town. El Paso is way too big. Las Cruces looked better than I remembered, but that was just driving past on I-10.

El Paso, nicely decorated bridges |
This must be the hill Marty Robbins sang about, as his cowboy rode down in El Paso |
Just up the road is Hidden Valley Ranch RV Park. Karen and I will be spending next week there with friends that winter there. Very nice place
