Finished hiking all the trails in the park this morning. That was 5 miles yesterday but only 3 today. We saw a deer on our way back, the park crew was picking it up from the side of the road. 3 point buck. Yup, it's January and he still had his antlers. We also see some spring flowers blooming. Put those two things together; the deer is carrying antlers until spring flowers bloom. This northerner doesn't know what time of year it is!
This afternoon we went back to the Edisto Island Museum for a while. Some nice exhibits that I'll try to show you below. If the WiFi holds up. Big IF. (looks like it did!)
The out to Boothbay Plantation for a couple hour driving tour. Not much left of it, some foundation and a few buildings.
